A little nervous about going to a big social ballroom dance? Struggling with the EBC lessons, or thinking it'll take forever before you can dance in public? Then maybe this class is for you!
The Too Left Feet EBC Beginners Group Class
Beginning February 4th, 2012
Every Saturday at 6:30 PM, before the normally scheduled EBC group class at 7:30 pm, Too Left Feet (Edie and Allen Driskill) will be holding a special 50-minute, beginners group class for the express purpose of putting you at ease on the floor at the EBC dances. The cost is $5/person.
Each week, we'll begin by polling the class members for requests. Some Saturdays, we'll tackle as many as three of the dances usually done at the EBC dance, usually based around a step that easily translates from one dance into another. Other Saturdays we'll focus on a single dance like the partner-pattern dance called "The Cowboy Cha-Cha."
Every Saturday, we'll have a lot of fun, and you can build your dancing skill and confidence! In no time, beginners will be watching YOU in awe and wonder!
No pre-registration required; just show up at 6:30 at The Elizabeth Blackwell Center! If you feel ready, for the month of February another $5 will let you stay for the regular EBC dance at 7:30.
